I think if I could meet one engineer dead or alive, I’d pick Nikola Tesla. He was the father of electricity and is hugely responsible for a lot of the inventions we take for granted today. He worked on electric motors, radio, different types of electrical current, pretty much everything to do with electricity actually! It turns out that a lot of his work may have been stolen by Thomas Edison, who you might have heard of before. It’s a controversial topic! Tesla was ahead of his time and true visionary. I think it would be fascinating to meet him and talk about how reliant we have become on his inventions and electricity. I think he’d be happy to have left such a mark on the world!
