• Question: What would happen if the manuals weren't up to date?

      As the regulator, our staff check that manuals are up to date – thats part of our job. If we find that they are not then we tell the company to fix them. If a company was not updating them to our standards then we can take away their approval which in the case of an airline means they can’t fly.
